Crafting Process

This indulgent creation begins with our signature 72-hour fermented dough, shaped to create the perfect thin center and airy cornicione. The base is dressed with fior di latte and a carefully balanced selection of wild mushrooms. After baking in our wood-fired oven, the pizza is finished with fresh shaved black truffles from Umbria, microplaned Parmigiano Reggiano, and a light drizzle of truffle-infused olive oil. The final touch is a delicate sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves.
